Intro - 25 mins

  • Beaurocracy: Time-keeper, Moderator (Parking-lot, offline), Name badges - help is needed since this is the first time I'm running this seminar (Yay!) - 3 mins.

    • 36, Kfar Saba, Married and expecting, Born in Haifa, Mother born in CR and I have family there - so I speak Spanish.
    • Academic background: Computer Science (school + BA + friends + trips), Army (TOC - critical chain, LOTS of trial and error, zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance), QA (Japanese methods - Kaizen, 5 Ss)

    • Professional: intensive work (GTD, trial and error) + GC, helped friends, books (Highbrow, process.st blog, The life changing magic of tidying up, Time management for sysadmins).
